Paul Coombes is a director of the Corporate Governance practice within McKinsey & Company. In recent years he has served clients around the world on a wide range of organization and governance issues.

Coombes has also led a number of research initiatives in this area, including the most recent Investor Opinion Surveys, and he writes and lectures widely on this topic.

He earned a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Magdalen College Oxford.
